Boustead Sdn Bhd successfully launched the performance oriented version of the latest Suzuki Swift which which is said to be more efficient and better than the previous version of the Suzuki Swift Sport.

The launching of the latest Suzuki Swift Sport was held at The Airport Mall on the 23rd June 2012 with a Gundam theme. All swift owners especially the local Swift Club was invited to the launching and given a Gundam Suzuki Swift Sport T-Shirt.

The new Suzuki Swift is bigger than the previous model and is still powered by the same M16A engine which is made more efficient and now produces 135hp.

Some of the difference can to identify the normal Swift and the Swift Sport are the sportier seats and red stitching.

Push start button and keyless entry system comes as standard. Below the push start button are the switch to de-activate the ESP(Electronic Stability Program) for those who wish to drive with less assist from any electronics.

The latest Suzuki Swift Sport now comes with a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed CVT Automatic transmission.
